Collage for Self-Discovery is a fun, simple, inexpensive process of creating 5x7 card collages to access your inner wisdom for self- acceptance, healing, and personal empowerment. Embrace your intuition and innate creativity as you quietly sort through images and find ones that leap out to you. The cards you create become markers, image holders to help you recall all your inner resources. As you sit with a card and listen it speaks to you of a particular source of inner energy, a resource to teach your own inner truth.
Sharing this process in a group is more empowering as we each serve as witnesses, honoring and acknowledging what emerges for each of us.  Creating powerful, energy-filled cards is more important than a beautiful product.  This process can become a tool, a practice for you own unique evolving self.
Collage for Self-Discovery is based on the work of Seena Frost.
